I received a recent email from Rep. Ciscomani bragging that he looted $7.3 million from taxpayers on behalf of Cochise County, including $1 million in unconstitutional funding for video surveillance - among other things for our law enforcement. We don't want the federal government funding local law enforcement. Federal funding comes with federal strings. Law enforcement should be kept independent of the federal government.
Ciscomani framed his looting as returning $7.3 million to Cochise County. But instead of continuing the confiscatory levels of federal taxation, filtering it through innumerable unconstitutional agencies, and then begging for some of it back, wouldn't we be better represented by someone fighting to put the federal leviathan back in its constitutional cage?
